About accountdeal

accountdeal is a platform for exchanging digital assets, such as social media accounts. We are not a party to transactions and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the completion of agreements between Buyers and Sellers.

Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service if you are under 18.
• Create multiple accounts or provide false information.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the website.
• Violate intellectual property rights or distribute spam.

Member Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your password. Breach of these terms may result in account termination.

Transactions

accountdeal may provide an Escrow service for secure transactions. The Buyer pays a 7% fee (minimum $3), while the Seller pays nothing. Payments for assets are made directly between Buyers and Sellers.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your accountdeal balance if required by law or under our refund policy.

Disclaimers

accountdeal is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses.
• Business losses, loss of revenue, or data corruption.
• Claims made by Sellers or Buyers.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes will be resolved in Georgian courts.
